James is one of the most helpful technicians you'll ever meet. If you're looking for quality service, you won't find better. Recently I worked with DJ in regards to my overheating GPU and they got me cleaned and cooled faster and cheaper than I could have hoped for.Can't recommend them enough to everyone I meet.

They fixed my sons phone awhile back and they recently fixed my other sons ps4. I was thinking it would cost a couple hundred dollars but to my surprise it was only $50!!! I will always take my electronics to them from now on!!

I was having trouble with my Iphone16. I was not able to use the speaker on in coming calls. I tried to google the problem and tried all their suggestions with no luck. I took the phone to CRASHMASTERS Norton Shores. James diagnosed the problem immediately. Volume was all the way down on the speaker. I was apologetic for wasting his time and he was so kind and assured me I had not nor did I get charged. What a great company!

After an update, my laptop suddenly wouldn't open flash drives. Took it in on a Wednesday afternoon. They fixed it on the spot in just a couple of minutes. Everything now works great. Very nice people and I highly recommend.

At some point, my laptop started shedding screws. Today, an important screw worked itself out and it wouldn’t close at all. It looked pretty bad. Took it to Crashmasters on Henry and DJ found a screw that’d work and got me and my computer back to work in under 3 minutes. 🙏
