The crew at CrashMasters are absolutely the best. I witnessed their friendliness with several customers while I lingered in the front. I happened to be there during the busy pickup time and witnessed their ability to explain the repairs needed and done at a layman’s level. I eavesdropped while a staff member assisted a customer looking at laptops. The staff listened to what the customer said and directed him to the laptop that best fit his needs. Even though the customer was first interested in a more expensive laptop, the staff member directed him to a lower priced and better fit laptop.Personally, I had attempted to do a DIY upgrade on my PC and was unsuccessful in setting up a new SSD. They got drive installed, cloned my HDD and insured the new SDD was the primary and boot disk. They listened to me and determined my video card was insufficient for my needs of Baldur’s Gate 3. They ordered video card that works with my motherboard, and got me setup the next day. I was able to download the game that afternoon and have enjoyed my greatly improved PC.Finally, I just want to say, CrashMasters have dialed their customer service up to 11.

Second time getting a battery replaced in an iPhone here, both times were absolutely phenomenal. My iPhone 11 has performed wonderfully since getting the battery replaced. I took my friends iPhone XR in for a battery replacement later, though there was a bit of screen yellowing at the top and the cameras got a bit blurry afterwards. I called Crashmasters and they said they would get everything fixed up, free of charge. My friends phone works great now and I highly recommend Crashmasters!!!

Brought my daughters ipad 8th generation here yesterday for a new screen and by 5pm the next day it was done. Jason was very helpful and knew my daughter missed her tablet and had it ready in time for her. Wonderful and fast service !!!

Got my limited edition ps4 pro cleaned. Not only were they fast, they kept the original factory stickers and my ps4 came back looking brand new! Highly recommended and the only place im going in Muskegon for tech repair!

Best place to go hands down for anything electronic from Xbox controllers to phones computers to consoles fast friendly best around won't go any where else James and team are awesome to work with iv had controllers done fast turn around and my daughter broke her phone screen and she was so sad she didn't wanna loose all her stuff on the phone I had an identical phone dropped its off around 4pm they swapped the screens so she could keep all her stuff on her phone got a call it was done same day just need to sit over night for glue to drive had one very happy girl thanks for the great service guys
