Yesterday, I was at my wits end, trying to set up a GPS range finder for golf on my phone. I kept running into glitches and found myself going in circles ND ready to tear my hair out of my head. Verizon suggested I contact Crashmasters, as the personnel at Verizon thought they could best find solution to my problem. BINGO! Boy, were they ever right. Not only did DJ correct the problem in very short order, his kindness and understanding of my situation were superlative. What fabulous customer service!

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I WAS TOLD BY MY CARRIER THAT THE CHARGING PORT WAS DAMAGED AND THE INSURANCE ON IT DOES NOT COVER IT. I TOOK IT OT CRASHMASTERS AND HE TOOK IT AND IN 2 MINUTES TOLD ME THE PORT WAS NOT DAMAGED THERE WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN IT. REMOVED IT AND IT IS FIND. DO NOT TAKE THE WORD OF YOU CARRIER BEFORE CHECKING IT OUT AT CRASHMASTERS

Yesterday I got a battery installed and it leaked! Took out the screen and other components. Brought my iPhone in less than an hour it was fixed and at no cost! Amazing service!!!

Shoutout to Brea!!! Had somebody look at my phone , they couldn’t fix it and couldn’t figure it out. Ended up taking it to Brea and she had it fixed and figured out in just a couple of days for a price you couldn’t beat!!! Great customer service.

Amazingly honest! I thought I needed a new earphone jack on my laptop, but he was able to find the problem through settings and fixed it on the spot! Will definitely use them again if I need my computer fixed.

In the last few months I've brought in a few devices and they fixed them with out much issue my laptop was stuck in a boot loop and wouldn't let me log in brought it in 3 or 4 days later it was in working and yesterday I brought my cell phone I dropped it and broke the the screen it was still usable but needed to keep my phone in good condition took a day for the phone screen to come in and then 3 hours for them to replace the screen highly recommend crash masterslaptop repair was around $250 and phone screen repair was around $150

Yes!! I absolutely will refer my friends and family, to do business at" CrashMasters Computer, Phone & Tablet Repair ", at the Apple Ave location. Needed a new screen 4 a iphone with little resources. And the young man "Cayden", helped me and even got on the phone. Called someone over him and made everything I hoped for come true 4 my stepdaughter. Great Customer service and attitude. Thank u CaydenThanks

My iPhone 13 wouldn’t turn on. I was in the store a whole 2 minutes and walked out with a powered up phone. Dom was great about it and didn’t make me feel stupid. Much appreciated because it was a simple fix. But he was very nice, professional and very helpful. I appreciate his service!

My phones battery kept dying on me in the afternoon to get it replaced, and they not were able to do it right away, but it was done in a very short time. I couldn’t believe how reasonable the charge was. The two that were working there were awesome. I highly recommend them.

My IPhone stopped working. I went to this store. I was warmly greeted by Dom. He carefully looked over my device. He explained that it was most likely the screen. He was very thorough in explaining the cost, procedure, and the time frame. I was shocked when he said it would be about 15 minutes. True to his word the phone was repaired and running like it was new in 15 minutes.I highly recommend this store for all of your phone and computer needs.Thank you Dom for taking a stressful event and delivering a happy solution. I want to compliment you on your customer service skills and technical skills.

My daughter uses my old iPhone 6 and it quit holding a charge. I thought I would have to buy her a new phone - ugh. My son said to try Crash Masters on Henry St. I called and they said to bring in the phone and they’ll look at it for $20, which will go towards the cost of repair. I got there around 5:10 - they close at 6:00. By 5:40 the phone was working and it was only $50 total! I’m so happy cause even though it’s an older version, it’s still an iPhone and my daughter loves it! Thanks Crash Masters! You are professional, friendly and great at what you all do!!!

You hear of the blue screen of death on a computer....well I had the black screen of death on my laptop. I took it to Crashmasters on Apple to see if they could give it life. They worked hard, using all kinds of programs to try to revive it, with no luck. Unfortunately the hard drive had died. It was hard to decide if I should invest in fixing it or just buying new. I discussed it with the staff & decided it was worth fixing. In a short time, they installed a new solid state hard drive which was superfast & worked great. Repairs were reasonable & done quickly. Brie, Justin & staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & willing to answer questions I had about software, security, etc. I'm very happy with their service. Great employees.

Great service! I brought in my wife's phone with a screen shattered so bad I wasn't sure if it could be repaired. Justin and Bree were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Bree did a great job repairing it and making it just like new. Highly recommend !

Absolutely amazing service! I turned 2 devices in, an older phone and a new gen iPad for screen repairs. They had to order parts, so it was 5 days before I could pick up. I came back 7 days after my original drop off with a 3rd device to be repaired. I had called 2 days prior so they could order the part needed and they fixed the 3rd device when I came in to get my first two from the week before. They got me a Protection Pro Matte screen protector for the iPad and applied it during pick up. Great place and will be returning for any future screen repairs!
