I thought my laptop had a virus, it didn’t! The gentleman at the counter cleared out all of the junk and blocked the pop-ups in a matter of minutes. I am technologically challenged and he never once made me feel inferior. I asked him what I owed him and he told me to just give him a great review on Google. Here is your great review! I have gone to CrashMasters for many years, and have always received exemplary customer service and support.On my most recent visit I needed a new screen, mid frame and back to my phone. DJ provided great support at the counter for drop off, pick up, and all questions in between. James provided clear and realistic expectations based on the phone damage, and made sure to communicate each step of the way.They set clear and realistic expectations - price, timeline for ordering parts, and completion. They more than exceeded the set expectations.I will continue to go to CrashMasters for all of my phone and computer needs.

I went in when the glass on my front facing camera broke. I had a screen protector on it but it wouldn't come off. They mates were able to use heat tool to take off the broken protector for me.

James (my now favorite tech ) repaired my IPad Pro after he had to do so much labor intensive work to clean up a water spill & damage ! Wow , he saved it & fixed it . iPhone 15 pro.I called ahead and gave a breakdown of what the symptoms were and what I tried. James was responsive, direct, and able to give an estimate over the phone of problem, time, and cost. Dropped it off and less than an hour later, working like a new phone. Would recommend to anyone. Great experience and service.

I have used this location multiple times to repair my PC laptop and they have done the job quickly and reasonably priced. This mornings visit was over the top and merited a review. My laptop was exhibiting incessant popups inferring it was infected with a virus. I ran my Defender scan and it found nothing. I brought it in and was informed it was a simple issue of runaway notifications. Problem was quickly resolved, along with my receipt of a practical education on the merits of Microsoft Edge versus Chrome. No condescension, just helpful advice. If you are having phone or computer issues, this place should definitely be on your list of repair locations!

My phone battery needed replacement. I had called the store on Apple and they said come on in anytime. I stopped in and they didn’t have the battery I needed so they called the Henry store to see if they had it and they did so they sent me to that store already giving me a discount for the inconvenience, well then the Henry store’s tech was out for illness so they then told me to come back on Friday (today) and guaranteed a further discount for more inconvenience 🤣 All so kind and accommodating and accountable. Fantastic customer service and my phone feels like it’s brand new. I have a new “film” screen protector that’s awesome as well as new camera lens protectors. All a positive experience after the initial snafu’s

James is one of the most helpful technicians you'll ever meet. If you're looking for quality service, you won't find better. Recently I worked with DJ in regards to my overheating GPU and they got me cleaned and cooled faster and cheaper than I could have hoped for.Can't recommend them enough to everyone I meet.
